Hey im Rayyan,I’m 19, I started watching u when I was 13 or 14, man you really made a great impact on my life, I’m a finance student right now, but once, I wanted to be a footballer, you taught me the basics of football. The passing, dribbling and what not, but what I learned from you was much bigger and Deeper than that, I learned discipline, commitment, planning and believing that hard work always pays off, I can never thank you enough, I even remember I paid for a 1on1 call, and even though I was a punk and didn’t show up for three times, when I finally showed up for the rescheduled call, you gave me all I wanted and more, and I still have the supreme tekkers,the footballer physique and the become elite blueprint and a few more. I remember those amazing days, when I was coming back from school then eating lunch, study a bit and then I go to the academy, after I come back I take a shower, drink an amazing smoothie done by my mom, open the laptop and enjoy some Matt Sheldon. You were an amazing part of an important phase of my life, you helped me to be better. I will always feel that I owe u a lot, what I learned from you is part of who I am today. I always wanted to let you know how I am so grateful for your existence. I see randomly your video pop up, and then the memories just hit me. Matt Sheldon, I will always be grateful for your impact on me. The best of wishes to you, your son and your wife. God bless you.

Q/A Do you prefer more simplistic drills like you did in this video, or more complex drills like we saw in your last video? And what are the pro's and cons of both.

Those passing patterns were sooo sharp. Really shows the quality of the players. The ball almost never left the ground and when it did, the next player would fix it with one touch. It’s so satisfying to watch and listen to this but we often forget how impressive this actually is.

19:00 This should be the main focus of your off season. Your speed and athleticism will go away. But if you can be a reliable deliverer of the ball I think you can play for 5 more years.

Hi Matt, I just wanted to ask should I bulk for soccer considering I am really skinny and would bulking make me slower/make my cardio worse?
@footballnations95229 ай бұрын
Yes. Bulk. it will give you a lot more energy, because then your body can finally metabolise at full pace without worrying about losing too much weight.
@ashutoshshukla53629 ай бұрын
Build muscles while improving your agility. Agility and balance are the most important aspects of physical development of your body in this game. Work on muscles like harmstring,hip flexors,glutes, core strength and endurance.
@EmilyRay-m9e3 ай бұрын
I think you should try to bulk a bit but don’t bulk like a bodybuilder. Prioritize on staying athletic and making sure that the extra muscle you build in the gym can translate to strength, speed, and explosiveness on the field. And if you’re worried about your cardio, just run sprints or intervals after training a few times a week. For me, I have some sort of training every day (either with my team or other private training I go to) but in the morning before school, I train. To build fitness for me, it’s as simple as sprinting after my individual training for 3 days a week. It only takes about 10min of pain for huge improvements. That with the combination with the fitness I do with my team is enough to maintain and even improve my fitness.

Q&A: What age is too old to begin your pro journey?

In these training videos are you using university/college facilities? Here in the uk it seems impossible to find a 3g/4g pitch that you dont need to pay for.

Q/A what would you say is more important, putting emphasis on the ongoing situation for example the upcoming match or training session or putting greater focus on overall goal which for example might be to go pro? ❤ your content keep it up.

How can they be different?
@sayed18669 ай бұрын
@@shantiescovedo4361 sometimes we over run our body in short term or as you can say work to hard and get emotional too fast which can lead to mental struggles but on the other hand you have the long run where you really hope that it pays off in the long run but may not be happy by not seeing results due to lack of pushing yourself.
