That is so simple yet so important. I wish I did them when I was a kid! I'm going to start them on my 8 year old this weekend. Probably just 1 to 3. Thanks again for creating and posting.

My 8 year old plays central midfield for his team. He loves passing more than scoring and I am sure these drills will help him a lot. I will just keep the distance of the cones shorter.

Do this: find a baseball diamond, buy some hockey tape, use a small piece of tape somewhere on the baseball diamond fence, use it for aiming. The fence will slow down the pace of the ball on impact causing it to roll towards you slowly, so you can get more shots done in your day
@HarisRazzaq8 жыл бұрын
or just use a wall...?

Tbh matt I want to know how **exactly** you hit the ball for a pass. What part of the foot and what spot of the ball you're hitting to make the most foundational beautiful pass.

you're probably not practicing the correct way. Whatever you are doing with your strong foot try and get the technic correct with your weak foot. even if it does take a while .

As a guy training with older guys sometimes i partner with them for passing and stuff, they make it harder for me :/ atleast i can use them to improve but look where i ended up Checking vids to see how other people receive and pass, but these passes and long passes are too soft to actually help me :(
