How do you store the dried persimmons and how long do they last? Great video!

They can last weeks or months! I store them in a cool dry place in a zip locking bag or air-tight jar.

Hi Maria, great question! I actually have a video coming up in a few weeks where I talk about that - I love hanging them on a rope under the sun and having them dry naturally. That's a great way to do it.
