I also divide my life with that moment when I became a dad, when I watched the birth of my daughter. A switch flipped in my mind and heart and I became a dad, never to be the same again.

I'm about to welcome my 4th child, my second son to the world. Every one has been a blessing to my life, each one a precious gift. Each one challenging in their own way, each demands something else I must develop and change in myself to be a better parent to them specifically. I don't feel like I'm good at that, but I'm trying. They're endlessly forgiving and at the end of the day just want to feel loved and have fun. Always give them plenty of both.

I have 8 children and as a father, each and every one has been a blessing in my life. They have given my wife and I 23 grandchildren, and as of yesterday, we became great-granparents for the very first time.

I must be Heavenly Father’s favourite (after Christ) because He blessed my wife and I with a daughter in October 2020. I do not deserve her - or my wife, and am in awe that God would let a sinner like me have these precious and wonderful girls in my life ❤️

I got sealed last December in the Oquirrh Mountain Temple at the age of 38. Being single for 17 years in the church heavily focused on eternal families was far from easy. 3 days ago on Fathers Day my wife told me she was pregnant. I am excited and terrified at the same time to be a father. I feel like this video was produced for me personally. I know that life may seem overwhelming as father but as long as I rely on my Father in Heaven, everything is going to just fine.

I got sealed to my husband when I was 31 and he was 38. Sometimes the most beautiful things take time. We are glad we waited. We had our daughter a year later. She has definitely changed us❤ That's wonderful you are looking forward to that moment. The wait is completely worth it.

Having the opportunity to raise our little girl, and become a father has been the most profound blessing in my life. I love her in ways I have never experienced before, and she has helped me to understand my Heavenly Father's love for us a bit better. I am grateful for the gift of fatherhood in my life.

I’m the proud father of a two-year-old, and he has totally changed my life forever! I see things differently now and suddenly things I once saw as important, I don’t anymore. My father sadly passed away about five years ago, but strangely since the birth of my son, I feel closer to my father than ever before. My grandfather too. I feel the weight of the generations of my family for the first time and I’ve never been more proud to be a link in that growing chain.

I was alienated by my ex-wife and mother in law over the birth of both of my 2 children who were both born preterm. Being a father is very important to me emotionally and spiritually and I firmly believe it's important for sisters in the gospel to recognize the importance and love of a father.

This would have broken my heart while I was suffering from infertility, loss after loss, and IVF. Our miracle baby will be born on Friday morning, so I find this bitter sweet as I think of what I would have felt, what I do feel, and what I will feel. It’s a complex emotion, but a beautifully done video, thank you

My story is a little different. I’ve struggled with persistent, clinical depression for about 12 years. When it first began, I was naive, and after many hard months, it waned. My daughter was conceived in this time, and was unfortunately born right after it came back. For her entire life, she’s only seen glimpses of who I am without the illness. And though I’ve been plagued throughout the past decade with suicidal ideation, I continue to hold on, for my daughter. Her mother and I were together for a long time, engaged even. But the depression took a toll on her and led her down a dark path of deception and infidelities. I thought the pain I knew before couldn’t get any worse, but after that, I wanted to die. I prayed to God to take my life. He did...and gave it to my daughter. I have persevered, and though I’ve been inactive since the age of 14, I’m happy to say, I’ve continued to hold on. To work on my faith. To make sure my daughter knows I love her and will not abandon her. And yesterday, on her 8th birthday, after much reflection, and working to live a better life, I had the honor to baptize her. Our kids are not just here to be taught. They are here to show us what pure, unconditional love is like. I was afraid of the toll my illness would have on my daughter. But she loves me, despite my struggles, despite my shortcomings. And I will continue to hold on, and guide her through the storms of life, as she has been my lighthouse in the seas of despair. I love her beyond words.

The reason it has become cliche is because it is truth for so many people! The way your love for your wife has increased is just what my husband describes as his experience. A child changes you. How can they not? The experience of working together with the one you love, and with Heavenly Father, to bring one of His spirits into the world, is life changing in so many amazing, miraculous, earth shattering ways! We have had our lives changed six times.💚💗💙💜❤👣 It never becomes mundane to us. It remains amazing. We may not be the kind a of parents our Heavenly Parents are, but trying to raise our kids the way They want us to is just amazing and life changing. (And HARD. So worth it, though.)

And especially if it's a daughter! Much different radar than a son would have! Special creative little beings with the potential for furthering a society/population! But there buddy-Like John Kennedy said 'ask not what your country can do for you but what you can do for your Country'! So not what she does to you but what you do for/to her!
