Becoming a Medical Esthetician: Is it better to work for a Dermatologist or a Plastic Surgeon?

Love your videos‼️ Do you ever negotiate salaries with new Esti’s, or always start them off at the same low entry rate? Would you pay a new Esti more. If they had a nursing background? Have you found fellow Esti’s that you trade personal services with, or do you have your regular person that you go to and pay? Do you ever trade services with MAU (make up artists).
