As a man who turns 88 in less than two months, I found this video portrays our life cycle pretty well. I certainly am happier now than I was in my earlier years. In fact, I'd say my so-called 'retirement years' have been the most meaningful, productive, and joyous years.

Some very helpful frames & ideas for this life stage! Heard about this talk via the recent On Point interview. Doesn't change the big picture trend going on in terms of life expectancy, but watching this I do also think about the recent data on declining US life expectancy over the past decade or so.
