I like the look of your routine. I can see a little bit of a wobble in your knee on the single leg stuff, but keep at it and that'll soon go

Hi. No disrespect here but you're doing your kettlebell swing completely wrong. You're doing squats basically. A swing is a hip thrust. You should not squat at all. It's all in the hips. You should be pushing the kettlebell forward with a hip thrust not lifting it. It helps to use a fairly heavy weight because in that case the thrust is the only way to get it to move. Hi, thanks for the feedback and you're 100% right. When I look back at the video and compare it to others it's so obvious I've been doing it wrong for a long time. In now practicing the correct technique 👍😁 thanks for taking the time to comment
