We are all in the world and not of the world. We are all fragments of The One trapped in material bodies in the material realm. None of us are special in that regards and none of us can be anything BUT in the world and not of the world.

It's frustrating that some Christians think we are hating if we disagree with certain lifestyles. I truly believe it's a subtle way for things to creep in that is particularly sinful. It makes no sense to hate but it also makes no sense to "affirm" either. Love you brother, my name happens to be Jay too and we are about the same age. I grew up in the Assemblies too through my teenage years, some real great memories for me. For some reason you have been on my heart for years. Just thought I would share. If your seeking approval from man arent you seeking it in the wrong place if God is the only approval and judgment that matters in the end? Not trying to be disrespectful thats just what it says in the bible. Yes its good to be good to one another and all that stuff but mans approval means nothing when judgment day comes. It just means you paved your road to hell with affirmations and flattering comments. Everyone sins and looks for reasons to justify whatever sin is hitting their weak spot.
