I'm having a major flu and feel like absolute trash, this was challenging but still nice for some small movement. Thank you ❤

Thank you so much. Many of the slow yoga practices online are still too tough for me when I'm having a fibro flare-up. This one is truly doable and helpful!

Thanks beautiful for another great practice. This will be perfect for me when I have an appointment in the morning. I usually go back to bed around 7am and get up 10-11 to let my first dose of pain killers kick in, so I'm really hopeful that this practice will make getting up before then a bit easier. As always, love and light 💕🧘♀️💕🧘♀️

namaste! really enjoyed this, have been bedridden for the past days with a high fever, which disappeared today. but still super super weak and exhausted, some nice movements and the breathing helped me to feel a little less tension in my body. thanks!

Enjoyed the video. I wondered if you had any more videos to do with fascia? I have fascial restrictions around my whole body that feels like being stuck inside a rubber straightjacket.

Hi Doreen! I have an entire fascia collection included with my membership program. You can sign up and get more info here: www.sleepysantosha.com/tribe

Yoga for Spoonies?!
@zinniahondoram37784 жыл бұрын
Spoonies are people with chronic illnesses, usually hidden ones or ones that don't make you look really sick all the time but doesn't mean you are not still sick. We measure our pain and energy levels in spoons like a video game with hearts, everything we do takes a spoon away and when we run out we have to recharge or it takes our bodies longer to heal and feel well again.
