Bedding-in EBC BLUESTUFF NDX track pads on my Porsche Cayman 987

Bedding-in on the sighting laps, I did my best to follow EBC's advice to the letter...almost made it but not quite.
Should I have been harder on them? Did I allow them to cool too much between stops? How have EBC Blues worked out for you on track? Let me know your thoughts.

I had yellows on my 964RS . As long as you break them in properly , pretty much as per your video they are great. Not as good as the pagid track focussed pads like RS29 but not as expensive either. Never tried the blues.

I've yet to use my bluestuff on track but have no complaints so far. Yellows would work but you had to be very sharp on application and maintain a lot of pressure to make them bite the disc, although they would work. By all accounts the blues have the temperature resistance but with more bite, however I'm very keen to see what your experiences are with them.

I have yellows on for daily, I wouldn’t use them on track however. I learnt the hard way after watching them burn to a crisp in my Megane RS250 🤣

Yellow stuff is trash for track use. Had one day out them and they were shot to shit after 2 hours.

Hi, What are the blues like on normal road driving compared to standard pads? Is the bite as good from cold?

They're not quite as good as road pads initial-bite-wise I don't think, but the servo assistance on my Cayman is weak, so the pedal always needs a good solid press. I don't have a problem with a lesser initial bite myself so long as a good press hauls the car up which they do, every time.

Too much cooling during corners, too many times, 8-10 max then full cool down with no braking at all. Do this off track before your sessions. This can be down twice.
