They are repeated over and over and it gets more calming each time my personal favorite is Persephone and Hades don't complain about content it takes time too make it and this is free don't complain about it if you don't like it don't watch it :) but personally I will All ways come back too that story on my sleepless nights

my only complaint with (not when) this video is that the Medusa story is so backwards and wrong for her true story. like, i get it, hearing something so traumatic to go to sleep to is awful, but her's is a story that a lot of victims resonate with that flipping her in this light is ... idk. i feel like it's a slap to the face.
