I've watched the clips from this concert and it's heartbreaking they were having terrible audio problems for what would be their last performance. Barry and Robin were obviously having issues and you can see Robin repeatedly fiddling with it. They really were a great live group. So sad Maurice was so lively to be gone 18 months later. The 3 brothers at the end with Mo literally the man in the middle...😢😢

It saddens me to see this. As a professional audio engineer. I downloaded the video and applied some post editing to fix the audio. I added a very needed compression, EQ and I spent over an hour of time surgically applying a vocal delay and slight chorus in between the drum beats. After seeing the results, I believe it was worth my efforts. Barry is slightly flat on his first note. I did not apply pitch correction. Infelizmente havia, e logo no último show do Maurice. Eles não estavam conseguindo ouvir a si mesmos, devido a um problema no aparelho auditivo da banda, o que os fez cantar desafinados, afinal, ninguém canta sem ouvir a si mesmo decentemente. O show inteiro é assim, exceto algumas músicas mais fáceis.

I think the audio being played in Barry's ears was a few semitones too low (he starts out here so low it is almost in a different key) with some latency issues as well. You can see him several times in this video seem tempted to rip the earphones out. Keeps signalling to his ears as well. Barry was quick to get off stage. I'd have taken that guitar and smashed it over the head of the person in charge of the sound for this show.

On all these Live shows of the AWESOME BEE GEES doing this GREAT FAVOURITE SONG OF MINE But, the drummer is always encased in what looks like a sound box WHY???

That box is Acrylic, as far as I know it gives a more efficient return and the sound inside is perfect for the drummer, different many times from what happens on stage. This is to not blow up the sound of the drums so much and not to let the sound leak to the other microphones.

It is purely for isolation. the drums are very loud without being mic'd up. Barry and the boys sing rather softly with their falsetto style.

Mo is off key. My cuz was a roadie for them. Microphones were wrong. He said, Robins was too low and Maurice’s was too strong. He said Mo sang off key a lot in the later years of his life so they would lower his mic so you couldn’t hear him as much.
