Bee Man Vs Beehive In Playhouse

We had just started hearing about Covid-19 when these very nice folks called me about relocating a beehive in a playhouse they were tearing down.
These folks were very curious about the process & asked lots of interesting questions that I was more than happy to answer.
They got to try fresh honey right out of the hive which they said was delicious & the best they'd ever had!
The removal went smoothly as can be & the bees were very cooperative. They were relocated to my buddy Schawee's place in Gonzales, Louisiana.

Oh, Duuuude JP! That was a close one with that swing! It's a good thing your angels were there to keep you from REALLY whacking your back on those pavers. I sure hope you were all right. I had a potentially serious physically dangerous fall happen to me once except mine was a face-planter. Slipped on wet leaves in my backyard veggie garden 4 years ago and I started to fall backward. I felt my body lurch forward, do a quarter turn and fall. If I had continued backwards I would have hit my head on the corner of a raised bed. How on earth I landed face first BETWEEN two closely placed small stacks of old brick holding down a tarp I'll never really know but I attribute it to my angels. All I had to do was turn my head left or right and they were right in my face. And to top it all off I didn't have my phone on me so I couldn't call anybody for help; however, my neighbor lady just happened to be outside working her flower beds across the street out front so I started yelling for help. She and her brother came and helped me get back to my feet - I have knee replacements and have a hard time getting up from the ground. Not a scratch, not a bruise, not a sprain, not even a little hobble. It all happened so FAST. I never go anyplace outside my doors without my phone now either.

People always laugh at me when I save the little creatures I find in my place. I put the spiders and crickets back outside to join the battle royale. 😀 I've even put a couple of stray mice [probably not important] back outside. My super shakes his head and tells me that they'll just find their way back inside the building. 😀 Great videos! I find them so relaxing enjoy watching them in the evening. Stay safe JP!

This would have been a really cool one to get timelapse footage of them moving into the new box. I'm not sure if you have all the equipment required for something like that given that the migration usually happens across a sunset in your videos, but it'd be really neat to see if you ever sort out how to do it.
