A few of you have asked for more narration in the videos so here you go. This flight is from Indianapolis to Dallas.

Thanks for the narrative sir. Love that you keep all the sounds so we can enjoy it. We love the way you fly...so conscious and really really enjoying what you do. I am sure I speak for many, and we will love to see the complete end of the flight...you coming out etc. Also, can you show us a little bit of your plane in and out? One more thing....are gonna step up and change your airplane or are you totally happy with the premier? Again, thank you for you wonderful videos. Please post a lot more and let us keep enjoying this videos. Thanks

I always enjoy your videos and learn a lot, but I especially like this new format you're trying. It's very interesting to hear you explain your "shortcuts" like picking up clearance airborne and anticipating "direct to's" in the fmc. You make single pilot jet look like a lot less work than I'm sure it is. Very competent. Please keep 'em coming.

Best line of the video? "... so I arrive ahead of the airplane." Single pilot IFR distilled into five words. "Arrive ahead of the airplane." Perfect. Having spent a whole lot more time behind a camera than in a cockpit I'd like to first thank you for sharing this part of your life and in so doing opening yourself up to the barbs and arrows ( not PA-28 ) of the internet. For what it's worth; the demonstrable evidence of your survival confirms your use of checklist. No need to wave it around; I kinda like the lo profile method.. Keeps the passengers confident, you don't know how many think you're reading the manual.. You might consider an isolated camera on the right side PFD when the seat's empty. It'll save you some camera distraction time and I really like the way you keep the iPad handy as a sandbox. Thanks for both doing these videos and assiduously avoiding "with you" in your radio calls.

As a recent subscriber to your video content I must say that your series is the best on KZbin. You really provide a great service to aviators and budding aviators as well. I too share in the frustration of having kids that don't really share my passion for flying. As a pilot for over 35 years I had always kept my CFI active in the hope that they may get bit by the bug at some point...so far not likely. There's still some hope for my 12 year old daughter!! Big fan of your videos, just came across them a couple of weeks ago. As an inactive IFR-certified, multi-engine rated private pilot, really enjoy living vicariously through your flights. Single-pilot private jet flying is definitely the fantasy of many of us, great to see it happening. Also cool to see you fly into airports I've also flown into, like DAL. Hope one day to have time, money & opportunity to resume flying myself, though probably not in a Beechcraft Premier (entering the Powerball Lotto right now).

Hello Captain. I hope that you and your family are having a wonderful Christmas. Only having recently discovered your amazing videos I have watched them almost continuously since then. Your very relaxed manner and professionalism are an inspiration. As a fairly low time PPL/SEL with an instrument rating, I hope to be able to get my confidence level somewhere close to the point that yours is. I especially appreciated the comment that you made about staying ahead of the airplane and mentally arriving at your next fix before the airplane got there. I don't know of many things that are more terrifying than allowing yourself to get behind the aircraft especially in IMC conditions. Please continue to add as much narrative to your videos as you have time for. That really makes them so much more enjoyable and thanks for taking the time to produce these videos. Absolutely the best on KZbin right now.

I find your trips very refreshing and sometimes wish I were in the right seat as your co'pilot. That trip to Lake Tahoe was very nice to see as I had lived there for many years. I am also facinated with flying a Auto Pilot plane and I think you have gained another fan. I plan on sending for your caps and other assessories. I used to work for the Crop Duster Company , Hawk Dusters and the Gold Coast Air Show, but my Boss and good friend died in a WW2 Hellcat or Bob Cat in a crash at the an Air Show back in the 70{s. His name was Bud Fountain and because of his encouragement I got my hours in to be a private pilot.

Excellent video - I certainly appreciate the time it takes to create these videos. I make my living as a video producer and have seen a great deal of changes in that field since I started out in 1984. One of the most impactful advances is the POV camera like GoPro that make videos like yours possible. I also appreciate the workload of flying as single jet pilot in IMC. I earned my private rating in the late ‘80s and trained to become an ATP at Spartan College of Aeronautics in 1990. You certainly make flying the Premier 1 in IMC look easy the production quality of your videos is always top notch. Thank you for having us aboard on many of your flights and taking the time to create these excellent videos.

Flying the same aircraft day after day allows the pilot to do most checklist items by memory. If required, the pilot may back up whatever checklist item was performed. The initial emergency items are performed via memory and then backed-up with paper checklists or FMS checklist. As he stated, quick turn around flights require a thru-flight checklist requiring an abbreviated version to be performed. As the old saying goes, "their might be old pilots but seldom old and bold pilots?" Based on his age, I would consider him an old pilot.

Other interesting areas would include: the typical walk around you need to perform as part of your preflight, i.e., what you look for etc. A brief discussion of the instruments that you use during the flight. As a retired VFR sports pilot, I only fly on the sim these days but love the small corporate jets. My favourites include the C510 Mustang and the Phenom 100. I've flown the Mustang all around the world (on the sim). Really enjoying your videos, which I've only recently discovered. Keep up the GREAT work.

Real good stuff. It is a testament to those of us in aviation as too how much we love it. As a PPL and ADX it is awesome to see positive, educational and just "plane" cool videos. *Side note: I had to take the ATP for my ADX. Nothing to it, get that "add on" and check it off you "bucket list"! Get with me if you need some help with the ATP written. I will trade my tutoring time for a jump seat ride. LOL You spend a significant amount of time to create, edit and publish these video's for everyone to enjoy!!!!!! THANK YOU. One other thing real quick about the "checklist:. You did a great job explaining that some things are missed due to editing. I am not sure if it was further explained elsewhere however, if I am not mistaken, your FMS also provides them while enroute for after takeoff, climb, cruise, descent and approach. Think some may not realize that. Well done my friend, very enjoyable. Fly Safe

Greg, when I was in the military I was to get a HOP from Charleston AFB to Travis AFB on a C-141 My older brother was a flight engineer station at Charleston, that's how I was able to get the HOP there were about 25 t0 30 men taking the flight, anyway I suppose they were going through their checklist and the flight was delayed for about an hour and a half, because the light indicator on the coffee maker would not come on well a crew finally came over and replaced the bulb and we were on our way this was in late June and it was warm sitting in the cargo like seat, well when we took off and got up pretty high I couldn't see outside but I thought my feet were going to freeze off no heat was in the cargo bay, just one of a million antidotes that went on in the military that day, just thought I'd share a little humor with you, take care, be safe and wheels up...

VERY SMART to keep the narrative to a minimum. There's a real good reason why the sterile cockpit rule exists and why commercial carriers have two pilots. Very nice! I've enjoyed your videos for a while now, but this offering has moved you into the "content rich" category - and that's fantastic. Riding along is fun, but riding along with commentary is MORE fun. I particularly enjoy the cut shot close-ups of the PFD at significant times during the flight. Keep producing this kind of content, and you'll be bumping shoulders with the likes of Guido Warnecke, who many consider the light jet king of KZbin. Splendid job... fly safe my friend!

Premier 1 Driver, ..I had just not thought of "you tube" go pro flight videos. Great stuff . I've been looking into a MU2 / five bladed-- 1980,over in South Carolina, turbo that's up for sale and discovered these ride along video's. What a hoot !! Even a Fly sim SW series for the MU2. We have been doing these ride - a - long video's in sailboat racing for about seven to eight year here in the Puget sound and Canada's lower straights. Our racing is so much like this Dallas flight. Your ATC Dallas/Ft.Worth is so much like a day race. Quite times them bang / adjust course / new heading ,, Port -- Starboard./ Duck under that starboard tack boat. etc. . . I learned to fly out of Oakland, the old city side in the 1960's in a 150 Citabera Wow times have changed, the instructor had me do IFR under the hood stuff using the G gate as outter markers for crissey field At the hanger in Oakland 1970's a MU2 was based there. They were Just starting work on total landing approach by wire, that sounded so dam far fetched !!! You blink your eyes. 40 years has past and you have "Premier 1 driver" dialing in a Dallas touch down. I grew up in University Park there in Dallas. I was hoping for a sunny day for Big - D approach. good stuff..

Assume you are Ex Military. I enjoy watching your videos (edited or unedited) for they are very comfortable and informative. I learn a ton each time as I am only qualified to fly VFR in a cub or 150 but love small jets. On another note..I like your pony too. I used to have a 1983 911SC that I restored and sold. Thanks again for the great videos. Appreciate the efforts and education. x-18D out

Interesting...I like your responses. 10 Years in the IANG flying 16s is very cool as well. Funny we are both in the Medical Device world. I currently am working with Cook Medical but have been with devices since 1988. With that said, have a great week. Thanks again for the great videos. Bill Ps. My wife thinks I have many problems too.

Greg, All power to the guys out there that criticize you for not doing "certain" things. It's like a police dashcam video of a chase, crash and take down of the suspect, it would be super boring if the video was 11 hours or routine patrol. So keep what you're doing . Love your videos and slowly getting to your older ones.

Loved the video. Keep them coming. I know you like to keep the privacy of your passengers but I missed seeing the dog. Have a great day and a Merry Christmas. Frank
