I used my Instant Pot and cooked for 8 hours on slow cook (high setting). Perfection! Yeah that’s the proper Worcestershire sauce you’ve got right there, I use it on steak, chips/fries, salads, chilli, it’s good on lots of things, never tried it on ice cream but I’m sure it’d still be good.

The Brisket's were on sale at my local grocery store, so I could not resist the temptation. First thing I thought of is slow cooker. That's what brought me here. mine have the bones still in them. I like that you use Worcestershire sauce, my favorite sauce. I could actually drink the stuff, and sometimes do. great video I will look for your other videos.

I thought that bottle of Lea & Perrins was a bottle of red wine until you said it was from the UK and shows the label. I LOVE brisket in the slow cooker. It’s also delicious braised. Both are hits in my home AND my 2 dogs line up for me to give them a plate of good food.

The same thing happens to me all the time. At first I thought it was just coincidence. Looks delicious, but I wonder about cooking it to where is more medium, maybe to 160°F. Never made brisket before, does it have to be well done?

Do what you want but I would have cooked it on low for about 12 hours and then let it rest for about an hour after maybe more. No need to Brown beforehand just throw it in the broiler for about 5 minutes after to get it nice and crispy up top

You should try Henderson’s relish as an alternative to Worcestershire sauce.
