Hi everyone!! Here is an amazing dish for beef lovers! This video is the recipe of Kerala style nadan beef fry. This is a slow cooked preparation of beef in a mixture of spices. In this video am demonstrating how to make Kerala style beef fry in an easy way. This is the recipe traditionally followed in our families and am sure that you are gonna enjoy this if you are a non vegetarian. This nadan beef fry goes well with any kind of bread, like roti, pathiri, appam and any kind of rice too!! You can add fried coconut slices in this recipe (I haven’t added here).

Your recipes for meat is so different from the usual Mallu fare I come across .I made you’re naadan mutton some days back and what can I say -it was just perfect.I really appreciate the fact that there is no surfeit of spices which I find quite overpowering in the standard recipes I come across .Cooking is a passion for me.It is so nice to come across recipes which are at a variance and having a nicer flavor.Do keep posting more please.
