Beef seasoned jerky style in a jar - sloikowka - Apprenticeship at the Practitioner

I had lots of different beef pieces left and a jar full of beef jerky spice mix. I decided to combine them and make a jerky style seasoned beef in a jar using these ingredients.
Why jars? Because they can be stored for a long time and are a ready-made meat dish that can be eaten cold or turned into a dinner dish. Convenient and delicious stock at your fingertips. When hot, it will go well with rice or groats, but it will also be very tasty with bread. Of course, for fans of this taste.
