Thank you for answering our questions. I think it’s really interesting that in your old video the bees used their own wax to draw out under your one inch foundation, and yet left the full foundation frame with only the manufacturer’s wax untouched… makes me wonder why.?.? I'm in my second year of beekeeping we pulled some money off this year I was so excited I am going to start waxing my frames getting them ready for next spring my oldest son that has his own bee farm is what we call it is bringing all of his frames down to me and I will be waxing he is also he has been in business for 12 years he did it in the beginning but he said he had become lazy or between his job and so many commitments he didn't have time to do it he has definitely seen the results of not waxing the frames thank you so much for this this video I want you all the time and I have learned so much

I put a super on a few weeks ago. Located upstate Ny, almost the vermont border. Just did a check and the super is almost full now, it want hardly touched at first but in a week theyve got it almost filled fully. Is it worth adding a second now that the goldenrod is blooming here well? Even if they only draw wax out? Curious is all. This is my first year.

David some companies now are offering foundation with double and even triple waxed with a higher price,of course. Would that be enough wax or would you still need to add more wax.

Dave have you tried this during a death using sugar syrup or would you recommend trying it.I have numerous new supers I'd like to get drawn if possible and if necessary can sling out the stored syrup and let them clean off the remainder before storing in the freezer.Thank you sir i enjoy your videos

I'm in north central arkansas and did the same experiment when you started yours. In two weeks they had all the frames about half drawn. The two center frames were 3/4 drawn and had a little nectar already in them. Thanks for helping us with your videos.

David I have a question about swarming I know it has nothing to do with what you’re talking about now I actually watch my bees swarm today before I could do anything about it. They were already about 30 feet in a tree is there any way of Loring them down to a bee trap I set up frames lemon grass a little honey on the inside but the thing that bothers me the most I open the hive after they swarmed there is plenty of room left in the upper deep what would make them swim thank you, Charlie PA great videos. Keep them coming.
