My dad has kidney disease. He has to be on a low sodium diet. So we tired mrs dash and it was shit. Then we tried your seasoning. It was the key. Ima. Huge bbq guy. No salt and bbq doesn’t work, but any Dan-O seating works with wood. I need salt…. But smoke and Dan-0’s you really don’t!! Pan seared steaks should have Dan-0’s once the steak was seared on one side and the heat is turned down to butter baste or just flip it a few times on low heat and there’s no herb crust, but a perfect even seasoning!!! I’ve told you before spicy seasoning on quesadillas. It’s crazy good!!!! Thanks for all you do

Being of Italian background, I am well versed in sausage cooking. I ran into the same dilemma years ago. Where do you want your flavor? In the sausage or the veggies? I decided both. I bought both links and bulk. Browned off the bulk and put the meat in the container I have in the fridge for sausage gravy, then cooked the veggies with the sausage juices. I cooked the sausage links separately either pan or indirect grill. Last minute, pop those dogies to the hot side of the grill for some light char.

Yeah this is awesome. Beer brats, sausages etc are the bomb. No holes poked in them.

Whats up from Detroit Michigan Dan-o! Love the green top but the red top and everything bagel are always sold out at the Kroger& Wal-Mart . I used the green top on a pork tenderloin i cut into some inch thick chops on the grille. Fantastic. Crust and all. Ya have a customer for life up here buddy 👍

Crazy Absurdity!!! I used Anaheim chili's also! I couldn't find a pepper beer so I used a Bud Chevela Picante. Crazy Good!!! Along with the Parmesan Crusted potatoes.

I have always poked holes in my bratwurst, then I boil them in beer for about 13 min and them throw on the grill to brown them.
