Damn I’m jealous!! I agree with your statement on NEIPAs they’re delicious, but recently I find myself going back to the west coast style. Went to Santa Rosa this past summer and got to try the elder and bliny the pig at their original place. Incredible brewery!! Great review Greg

Screw the pliny beers. once, the elder version was really good, almost a 9/10 out of all beers ever made. But then the ocmpany began making it in very big batches, and the flavor , like the heart, went out of the beer. Once the taste changes and diminishes in something, its not worth having anymore, and I have not wanted to try the younger version since.
