This man is carrying out an interesting experiment with his body. He's using all external minerals, and pills and latest scientific techniques to increase his longevity, which is on par with what Western philosophy is: to look outside for inspiration, meanwhile Indian philosophy is to look within, pranayama, gather life force energy within though meditation, through self realisation, Ranveer, please call an Indian ascetic on the podcast who has lived long and make him debate with Bryan, it will be THE BEST
@sandeerao862 күн бұрын
I think instead of debate of which is best and all Always try to get good things from others and expand your horizon rather than trying to prove who is better. Out of the both methods 1. Western method is most suited for rich or ultra rich or can say heavily depend on how much money you can spend for those 2. Bhartiya method is for all and free 🆓 only thing you need is discipline
