This man is carrying out an interesting experiment with his body. He's using all external minerals, and pills and latest scientific techniques to increase his longevity, which is on par with what Western philosophy is: to look outside for inspiration, meanwhile Indian philosophy is to look within, pranayama, gather life force energy within though meditation, through self realisation, Ranveer, please call an Indian ascetic on the podcast who has lived long and make him debate with Bryan, it will be THE BEST
@sandeerao86
@sandeerao86 2 күн бұрын
I think instead of debate of which is best and all Always try to get good things from others and expand your horizon rather than trying to prove who is better. Out of the both methods 1. Western method is most suited for rich or ultra rich or can say heavily depend on how much money you can spend for those 2. Bhartiya method is for all and free 🆓 only thing you need is discipline

grt interview. bryan you look insane and every year you progress above and beyond. i had the good fortune of meeting an incredible women in the 70s who taught me about health, non toxic products and foods, eating clean, micro doses of sunlight,. because of this protocol i look 20 years younger, my physical fitness is better than most 30 year olds. my brain functioning, clarity and focus is better then most 20 year olds. I love this lifestyle cuz i'm in peak condition, no illnesses, no glasses, no medication. its taken persistence, discipline and dedication but the results are inspiring. this was my souls calling cuz i feel passion, gratitude and timeless!!

Bryan Johnson spent 2 million dollars. My great-grandmother is currently 110 years old and is alive. She has no diabetes or any significant health issues, but she was recently hospitalized due to severe weakness and regular vomiting, which has affected her ability to digest food. Throughout her life, she worked hard and ate nutritious foods, mainly bajra and jowar rotis. She led a happy, stress-free life, and her smile every day brings me joy. 😊 ❤
