Beers & Gears Primary Bearing Replacement

Good morning 🌅, I am from the future, I am stripping my 2003 deuce, but I am having to change my pulley as I am replacing belt , I have noticed that the pulley is very badly worn, so I am replacing both pulleys, all seals 🦭, 😂 and 🐻 bearing, 😂 . Been told that I have to wait 4-6 weeks for parts, as I live in France, and I am upgrading my bearing to a Jim’s , and upgrading the compensator, to a Man O Wars , Great Video, now looking 👀 at more of your videos, Stay safe ride free, peace ☮️, from 70+ years young, Uk , in France,

Nice job! I suspect mine is making noise too. 09 UC, 103", 43k miles. You probably wanna upgrade that comp, happy to see I have a screamin eagle from the previous owner.

Thanks for these videos. My Roadking is giving a squealing noise when i back off and i'm guessing its the inner bearing making the noise so this video is a great help, thanks

I had my inner primary bearing replaced last year-and-a-half what about 10,000 miles on it since then and now I believe it is whining again.....

Did it stop moving totally ? Like mine now starts shifts fine but won’t move and I’m guessing it’s clutch but the clutch plates don’t look terrible

No mine never stopped moving. if your bike won't move I'd look deeper at the clutch. Good luck

I have had to change my bearing every 10,000 mile . I have 45,000 on my 2009 FLHX Now its number four , I think its a defect

If you have to keep changing that bearing there must be something causing premature wear. I'd make sure it gets fresh races and I'd look at alignment of the trans / shaft
