I'm there with you! I took a DNA age test and it said I was 62! I have a drink a day, don't smoke, don't exercise (I did for a bit) but my food is mostly processed. Wishing you wellness!

Yum! Fermented beets and their juice are delicious :) in Poland, of course, such juice is added to Christmas borscht every year. And fermented radish is delicious, and garlic? A cure for everything :) I will buy such beetroot juice tomorrow. Greetings!

Beets are great for methylation and also full of beta alanine - good for muscle building amongst other things. Oh and polyphenols of course!
