Year ago doctor said to cut back on carbs ... Dr. Pradip was the first channel I watched ... food is FOOD. Simple straight forward. :)

I started a 18/6 intermittent fasting. I have never been a breakfast person so eating two meals between 12-6pm has been easy for me. I also do a Keto low carb. No pasta or rice but I do eat a slice of sourdough everyday. I have done this for two months and lost 15 lbs. I feel good. I started this after being diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma. I am doing very good and feeling very positive. I drink a lot of water and green tea. But doctor mentioned black tea. I wonder if I should change teas. I use to drink coke almost every day and immediately gave up sugar.

Green tea is better than black for polyphenols. Steeping green at 80deg(I think);releases less caffeine. White tea (tip of the bud) is better that green for polyphenols. I like the white tea. Try ordering from "palais des thea"

Water is bad for cancer because it's high in deuterium. To stay hydrated, eat more animal fat, grass-fed if possible. Don't bother asking your oncologist about this because most are completely ignorant about it. Do your own research. I wish you the very best outcome.

I do a 24 hr fast 2x per week. You get used to it. I drink mint tea.
