Please don't put your real name on a dating site. Always use an alias until you are comfortable to share your name with a potential date. There are dangerous stalkers on there that can google you and if you have a visible online presence such as a page from your work, social media etc.... You can be setting yourself up for stalking... Sorry if this sounds scary but it is the reality.

Gf...I was on Bumble and got into a sit so scary I gave up on online dating. I'll try to keep it short, met a man online and we chatted and we eventually moved to actual texting and phone calls. I told him I wanted a friendship. The more I got to talk to him the more things weren't making sense (extravagant stories, things not matching up, etc). The second time I met him in person, I made the mistake of inviting him to my home. I was sick and he said he would come and make me dinner (smh..red flag was he was VERY pushy about it..I kept saying no and he was persistent..I was stupid). Man came over, made me dinner, and we started watching TV, he started drinking (a lot) and was trying to encourage me to drink up as well (I was like nah, im good). He proceeds to start touching my ears (🤮) I told him to stop and he did (for a sec). Then he started touching my legs (told him to stop and he did..for a sec). He started touching me again and tried to kiss me (at this point im over it and bruh gotta GO!) He gets on his phone to take an uber back home (said something wrong with his car so he had to uber to my place). He gets on uber and says "WTF, my bank account is saying I am overdrafted" 🙄 I'm like OH HELL NO!!! I got you bruh, uber is on me ✌🏾. He leaves and I say good riddance I will never talk to this man again. Next morning, im getting ready for work..he's calling me, I say nope (didn't answer). He textes me "hey sweets, someone may come to your door DO NOT ANSWER!!!excise me??? So now im panicked!!! Who the fuck is gonna knock on my door? Im calling him, texting him..WHO TF IS GONNA KNOCK ON MY DAMN DOOR? He says its his probation officer gone unhinged and out to get him and that this officer is dangerous. (Excuse me? Probation officer? Dafuq?). Less than 10 mins later..knock knock knock knoc...im PANICKED!!! I dont answer. Another 30mins...knock knock knock..I dont answer. I remember hey I just found out his last name (google him). Chileeeeee when I tell you REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER!!!! I call me friend that lives down the street (come over NOW!!!) At this point its been maybe an hour since the last knock and I'm scared to go out...again knock knock knock. I call me friend WHERE ARE YOU???? When she gets there the person is gone and there is a card taped to my door (Parole Officer.. I need to talk to you about ...) I called and the sh** that was told me😳 I couldn't even talk to the officer anymore (SOBBING) and passed the phone to my friend. Everything he told me was a lie (no home, no car, no job, not supposed to be talking to women, assaulted over 6 women, etc etc). I messaged Bumble and gave them all the tea. Thankfully they followed through and took my message seriously because I had receipts. It was a very HARD lesson learned and to this day, I refuse to date men online. The sad thing is even if I didn't meet him online, I could have met this man in person and would have been the same result. BE CAREFUL OUT THERE LADIES.

I just met a Norweigan man online...he's almost 20 yrs older. Seemed like he had his life in order, can have a lovely conversation. Until.......he mentions a situation where one of his golf buddies referred to his baby mama (African lady) as the N word in Norweigan. I asked what he did....he said he was sooo shocked he didn't say anything. I'm black American and like tf u mean????? That dude is racist, sleeping with black people doesn't change things. I tried to see if was gonna do something later. Nope, but he went out with them for golf and drinks. I had to go ahead and block. I can't be with someone that's comfortable in company who say this word. That's exactly what he would say about me behind my back...I'm sure of it. Stay safe out there.......thought I might have an Ola. But NOOOOO!!! This coward of a man wasn't it. Stay safe ladies and VET these men especially going outside your ethnicity.

Exactly! I also think it's also very important to know what your values are and how your potential partner's values align with yours. Meaning, does their values around family, friendship, career, money, health & fitness, spirituality, personal growth align with yours or oppose yours. Agree with Fumi also on the "you want to 'enhance' your life". If you do, you will enhance theirs as well.

Online dating is so tiring. Looking back and forth. I try to meet up with some of those guys and they don’t really want to meet. They just go through liking everyone then never respond, like they realized they made a mistake. I’m 48 and I get interest but honestly it’s the same guys on all the apps. I wait a year and come back. It’s the same dudes. And there are so many frogs that want to say and do inappropriate things. They get upset because I don’t want to give out my number and instead I want to video chat on the app but then they act as if the have no idea how to use the video . Chillle Fumi I’m out. Hi, this is a lovely video. Dating apps can be trash or they can be wonderful depending on how you use them. I’m in my early twenties and one has to be very strategic about online dating. It’s so easy to access people online nowadays through these apps so a lot of men might not put in the effort to woo a woman. You have to be ready to apply the filters available on the apps lol because it can be exhausting: -If he’s not willing to do a video or at least an audio call after chatting for a while or maybe even when you ask. -If he’s texting one word all the time lol..responding in monotones, only responds to your messages with word salad( empty compliments) or texts with a sexual tone. It’s a red flag. -If his profile tells you anything about his job, that’s probably a good sign lol. -Instead of asking his favorite color, you could try asking what his hobbies are as that gives you an insight as to how he spends his time when he’s not working. - if it’s late at night (once it’s 8pm for me) I’m typically offline because that’s when the men that don’t want anything serious want to chat lol. They only want pictures or sex. Just ignore it, go offline and have your beauty sleep or something lol. Text back in the morning and they’ll get the message. - Some apps will show you where a person is located currently. If he’s around your area or in your country just passing by or spending a few days on vacation and he doesn’t plan having any serious connections while he’s around aka he’s just trying to have a good time.. just take things slow and don’t invest your time and energy chatting lol until he’s shown you that he’s interested in something serious with you. Protect your time and peace. -Lastly even though I’ve met some very responsible and well-to-do men on tinder and bumble, I wouldn’t recommend as these apps are filled with a lot of people who are typically looking for hookups at the very least lol they might even get confused when you mention wanting to settle down etc. -Don’t be discouraged. What you’re looking for exists. Try The League App. -Interracial websites -Hinge app -Coffee and bagel, Badoo, Facebook dating groups where there’s responsible looking people, Instagram(follow people and pages that post the kind of things you like such as hiking, travelling, polo games, etc) Feel free to try all the apps and decide for yourself which ones to keep and which ones to delete.

Have your list of non negotiable items. Vet vet vet vet and vet some more. Meet them in public places. Have a phone call and video chat first. If someone cannot respect your boudaries, move on. Some red flags I have encountered are guys who claim to be doctors or engineers who work overseas. I couldn't believe how many guys are using that ploy. Also, using WhatsApp & Google chat, while convenient, is tricky because it's harder to trace the person who is looking to take advantage of someone. There are good guys out there for sure. Auntie Fumi, I am hearing a lot on social media of men not wanting to date aka marry women who are in their 30s+ because having kids with us is risky. Can you address that with the dating scene now? Should I consider giving up on marriage or having more kids now that I'm 39?
@gailainsley69392 жыл бұрын
That’s false. The average marrying age for women in the west especially is 28-35+. The guys online are only looking for hook ups and are against marriage so yes, women Under 25 will work perfectly for them. However, they are even having issues with that. They aren’t against women over 30. It’s mostly single mothers of any age and women that they consider unattractive that they have issues with.

I called and the sh** that was told me😳 I couldn't even talk to the officer anymore (SOBBING) and passed the phone to my friend.

Fumi, that blue is such an eye-catching colour it really suits you. I'm going to incorporate the shade in my wardrobe. It sets off our skin tone beautifully. I'm watching your videos from England.🌼🕊️💕🇬🇧
