It's a good strategy to learning since that repetition will help reinforce what does what.. I would do the same steps but putting my own spin on things so that instead of just making the same doughnut you will get out of that comfort zone and see how different approaches affect the outcome. Wanna see if I can do a simply ice cream cone or sundae after I complete it.

@Sin_Alder8 ай бұрын
@@GrimeTimeGamer Hell, I'd recommend just upgrading the internal storage. These days for similar pricing you can just get better internal storage, and frankly, if files that are a few megs each make someone's storage get full very quickly, then they're in desperate need of more. I mean, sure, it'll take a few minutes to install, but from the sounds of it I'd be surprised if he's even working off of a 128GB HDD. 64GB might even be pushing it. Considering your main drive stores lots of temporary files, it can bloat on small drives to even use the web browser, so external storage is a bit of a band-aid for a more serious problem. If someone's never done it before, upgrading internal storage may seem daunting, but unless it's for the express purpose of transferring files between devices, it's really the better way to go.

I would say a very sensible (and generous) approach to providing tutorials for current versions of Blender for free. Has anyone here been paying for donut tutorials?

@@royalsarna6107 These are done specifically for new users to Blender like me. I keep doing them for each new version released as I just started with Blender, but don't get much time in it, so I basically have to relearn Blender each time. These tutorials are the only things keeping me trying to learn Blender. Otherwise it feels way to overwhelming.

I paid for a course in 3d modeling and the teacher was way worse than this guy. I love the optimistic and encouraging approach, I love the little jokes and I especially love that his tempo of working and showing things is exactly the one I need. Well done, Blender Guru :)

I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS EVEN THOUGH I JUST STARTED WATCHING THEM HAHA you're very helpful man. Wanted to learn 3D modeling and had my eyes on blender for like a year, and just didn't know what to do. I finally am able to learn thanks to your guidance! Thank you!

I keep making mistakes in between as I progress through the session. I simply run the video again and find out what went wrong. Really great help for a beginner like me. BIG THANK YOU TO ANDREW
