Also, the Queen's Gambit accepted with 2. dxc4 is also fine with the correct follow up. An instructive game of that would be a game from Fischer-Spassky 1992 where Fischer used this.

So I'm all for a series that's aimed at lower rated players, but I feel a bit odd about Mike advising people not to play 2.dxc4 and 2.e6 - these are the two oldest continuations for the Queen's Gambit, and they're both good!!

Mike Kummer should not be teaching or analyzing games. He isn't good enough yet. For example, saying that the Queen's Gambit declined with 2. e6 is horrible. It is a fine theoretical opening. If you are just learning to play chess, stay away from Kummer's videos and learn from the masters instead. He has no clue what he is doing.
