21:08 actually I think if he followed it up with Knight to E4, checking the king and threatening the rook that's doing all the attacking, he would either respond by capturing the rook and giving up his more active rook or capturing the knight and allowing you to capture back with the rook, thus defending the other isolated pawn. Perhaps exchanging there isn't the best idea but it also seems like an efficient way to defend that pawn.

At about 39 min: instead of taking the pawn in front of the queen, why not Nxf7 (N threatens R, B threatens Q)
