BEGINNER CLASSICAL PILATES: In this video, I take you through the beginner mat sequence from Joseph Pilates traditional matwork series. These foundation exercises are key to know for your Pilates journey. Modifications and variations are given throughout.

Hi! I am so happy to find this. I used to do beginner mat, Pilates and have fallen off of it. I was pretty much able to do this intro this morning and it’s been years, so thank you. I love it. ❤

If I’m going to do it everyday, after how long should I increase the difficulty?

I wouldn’t recommend doing it every day 2x a week at the beginning is great! Progress through the options when you feel ready but it will take time. Be patient, stay consistent and you’ll see the results 🙏
