D Hubbard , I'm 55 and just started trying to learn a week ago. Will never be any good, but hope to keep myself occupied and learn something. Wish I had learned as a kid. But we didn't have money for such things.

How do I set my metronome up for this on a metronome app? Do you have a preference on metronome Apps for iPad or android. Also do you have an app developed yet Andy? Great lesson. Very relaxed and I love the teaching style. I’m permanently disabled and only semi retired so I’m on a limited income if you have any idea about cost effective online lessons. Thanks again. Great lesson on Buffalo Springfield. I never imagined I could play that after hearing it ever since my Dad came back from Nam.

Intro] E A E A [Verse 1] E A There's somethin' happenin' here. E A What it is ain't exactly clear. E A There's a man with a gun over there E A A-tellin' me I've got to beware Chorus] E I think it's time we stop. D Children, what's that sound? A C Everybody look what's goin' down. E A E A Hey, what's that sound? A C Everybody look what's goin' down. E A E A There's something happening here But what it is ain't exactly clear There's a man with a gun over there Telling me I got to beware I think it's time we stop Children, what's that sound? Everybody look, what's going down? There's battle lines being drawn Nobody's right if everybody's wrong Young people speaking their minds Getting so much resistance from behind It's time we stop Hey, what's that sound? Everybody look, what's going down? What a field day for the heat (Ooh ooh ooh) A thousand people in the street (Ooh ooh ooh) Singing songs and they carrying signs (Ooh ooh ooh) Mostly say, "Hooray for our side" (Ooh ooh ooh) It's time we stop Hey, what's that sound? Everybody look, what's going down? Paranoia strikes deep Into your life it will creep It starts when you're always afraid Step out of line, the men come and take you away We better stop Hey, what's that sound? Everybody look, what's going down? You better stop Hey, what's that sound? Everybody look, what's going down? You better stop Now, what's that sound? Everybody look, what's going down? You better stop Children, what's that sound? Everybody look, what's going down?

Hey Andy it seems like no matter how I adjust my fingers I keep muting strings. Any tips?
@mikkicochran70435 жыл бұрын
I am not andy but one thing I have learned is to keep practicing with your fingertips and something I noticed a few days ago.. Make sure your First string isn't resting on your leg! Hope this helped.. or try holding the neck of your guitar higher than the body! Or maybe check the hand your playing the chords with? I noticed I wasn't holding that hand out far enough not as to mute.. sure takes practice tho! didn't even realize I was doing that!
