That's my go-to knot from braid to heavy mono or fluoro,...but I taper the tag end of the mono or flouro and the taper is also tightly wrapped and finished.... so there is no blunt end resistance to hit the guides or your thumb reeling in... especially with thick mono leaders for long distance casting with multiplier reels... 👍😎🤙

You're welcome, you should try it. Indeed, the Sc knot looks slightly thicker than the Fg, but for strength, they are not different

With 0.10mm rope, there is a problem with the fc node of the 0.28mm mono line. Should the thickness ratio be prevented in the fc node?

What is meant by preventing thickness? In this video I use 0.10mm braid with a 0.80mm leader line, while fishing using FG knots like this it never gets caught in the top ring at all. Sorry friend, I don't understand your question above, can you explain your question in more detail? Thank You
