Hello!!!! Thank you for all Muay Thai videos ! In terms of clothes, for ladies ...what to wear during Muay Thai training/workout? any suggestions? and why? is there any specific online shopping? Thank you again!

Hey! :) We usually wear Muay Thai shorts (you can get this online) or from your local martial arts store :) Some ladies prefer wearing leggings / bike shorts. As for tops - some wear just a sports bra. I prefer wearing either crop tees, singlets and cropped long sleeves on the cold days. Super baggy tops sometimes can be a hazard to your training partner's toes when they teep lol ..

The kick and its step is most difficult for me, I already learn muaythai for 3 months and still not get the good kick My stance is too rigid, always forget to swing the arm, and not using the hip to generate power Your video help me to train my kick at home haha thanks

haha glad to hear it helps! And actually a coach got me to shadow my kick like 2 months a go for 10 minutes straight to improve it.. and I think it helped!
