This is such perfect timing, thank you! I was sick the last three weeks and it was good to break me from the daily PUSH to lift weights. I get back into exercise the last week I’ve done Pilates and walking and absolutely love it!

Hi Bailey, your workouts have really helped me stay motivated and energized. Thank you so much! I find it a bit difficult with the booty bands as they tend to roll up on my thighs and feel quite stiff. Maybe the quality is not so good. What brand du you get your booty bands from or recommend? Btw, so excited to get my hands on some Bala Bangles!

My goal is to be able to use ankle weights… Man I have a long way to go… I knew my core was weak after 2 babies and a c section. But sheesh!!! The classes I attended kick my booty but in a great way!

When inhaling do you release the tucked tailbone and belly button sucked in?

Yes inhale is more lengthening and exhale is more contracting usually 💗💗
