Hi Bailey, I have to say that since I discovered your channel over a month ago, I started to enjoy working out for the very first time in my life, and literally can't wait to try all of your amazing workouts!! I love them, both the old ones and the latest, it's fun, effective and feels wonderful after doing it 🥰 I think what also makes it so enjoyable to work out with you is your caring, balanced and full of self-love attitude which keeps me going instead of giving up because I know Im doing it for myself, to feel better, and not under pressure to look better 💕 Thank you so so much for sharing with us, I absolutely love your channel, your energy and personality, you are a gem! 💕😍🥰

This is such perfect timing, thank you! I was sick the last three weeks and it was good to break me from the daily PUSH to lift weights. I get back into exercise the last week I’ve done Pilates and walking and absolutely love it!

Thank you for this video! I am a beginner in Pilates and I'm often not sure whether I do things the right way. This video has helped tremendously :) Will there be a Beginner course on the Align app someday? I really love your workouts!

Hi Bailey, your workouts have really helped me stay motivated and energized. Thank you so much! I find it a bit difficult with the booty bands as they tend to roll up on my thighs and feel quite stiff. Maybe the quality is not so good. What brand du you get your booty bands from or recommend? Btw, so excited to get my hands on some Bala Bangles!

My goal is to be able to use ankle weights… Man I have a long way to go… I knew my core was weak after 2 babies and a c section. But sheesh!!! The classes I attended kick my booty but in a great way!

Hello, I found your channel. I searched your site and found many programs and classes, but I did not know how to start. I want to lose fat and sculpt it in some areas of my body (belly, legs, and calves) for the shoulders, arms and back they do not have any fat, but I also want to work on them, Any suggestions?

Yes inhale is more lengthening and exhale is more contracting usually 💗💗
