learning this routine right now, this is taught and explained so well! I would love to know if you have any recommendations for polewear/kneepads for when poleing on carpeted floors, the sliding aspects are a little harder to perform on that type of floor surface

Ohhhh noooo carpet floor!!!!!!!! HAHA.... ummmmmm, hmmmm....... definitely knee pads underneath leggings and SOCKS... want to avoid rug burn as much as possible... You can use any knee pads (volleyball knee pads tend to be very protective). I give you props for pushing through and doing your dances despite the carpet !!!

Vera, you are an amazing teacher !!! Started pole the end of april up to now. Def a newbie😊 im 55 with severe rheumatoid arthritis - hope you can create a vid that can help modify how to lift yourself off the floor gracefully 🫣. Just an idea. Also i have a total of 14 total joint replacements. Would you create another vid to build hand, wrist arm strength.

what worked for me with building hand, wrist, and arm strength is weight training. Holding dumbbells or kettle bells while rowing, chest pressing, etc. improves grip strength also: gymnastic ring workouts. Always make sure you're cleared for such trainings!
