That lack of stretching during PE class is crazy! Things have certainly changed. When I was in school....not going to say how far back....let's just say princes 1999 was our prom theme😂. But anyway, we did nothing but stretching the first 15 to 20 mins of class

If one is not doing an exercise, would one do static or dynamic stretching? My thought is that when I wake up I should do dynamic stretching and before bed do static stretching. Thanks for the awesome video your voice is soothing!!
