Dumb question but could someone please explain parrying more to me? I can't find it anywhere online.. how exactly does parrying work? Why has literally no one explained this?

Parrying pretty much means timing your ability and activating it as soon as an attack is about to hit you. Doing this allows you to negate the attack entirely and take 0 damage. Hope this helps

hold the right click for some time in that duration you will parry attacks and gain sheild but you gotta time it right

Not really, in the comics he use chi from a ancient dragon, capable of produce nuclear bombs from one charged punch, he can also use to defend himself from large explosions
