Great ride for if your legs are a little sore. You can make it as challenging as you need by adjusting leg speed or resistance. Thank you!

I found this a great program to get back into cycling post leg injury. Utilised resistance to match my recovery with future gains once back to full program. Also would be a good cardio post leg day

That felt like my best ride yet. I'm a total newbie. Never cycled. Struggle with the mindset of working out. I pushed through and feel great. Thanks!

How about a session designed for cross discipline training, something on the spin bike to help with short track downhill racing/riding?

Looks fun, but I can't tell the difference between 2 and 5 or 6 and 9 on the scale. Not sure how to proceed.

Can you convert it to heart rate? If so, how?

I am 60 and loving the beginner sessions and really only have time for up to 25 minutes. Is there any way to color code these sessions for beginner, moderate, and advanced mode?

By the way, I am trying to get in shape and I have always loved bicycling. I used to ride a motorcycle until an accident wrecked my knees. My doctor said cycling is far better than treadmills or climbers.
