Hi I’m maria I’ve been doing yoga with Jen Ever since March , it’s helped me immensely. I’ve been working on my Breathing techniques and our breath is our friend. I suffer from anxiety.

Hi Jen Hilman, you don''t know me, but you are my Yoga angel.For six month I follow your yoga videos.I must thank you deeply from my heart. your approach,knowledge,vital encouragement and lovely personality, open for me new horizons and new hopes. I suffered from chronic back pains.No doctor helped(I'm ceramic artist...) for many years. I stood before surgery. But , as I told you I foud you and you discover the yoga world for me. I do with you yoga every day. you are my master although you are so far away. After two or three weeks there was a amall recovery, and after some weeks came the big change to my life. What an amazing testimony. I too have found her but only recently. I am in remission as I was diagnosed with Cancer last March and had 6 months of chemo. Once I was in very good shape but now I have been so inactive for about a year or more. This is my second week with Jen's Videos. I do one or two everyday. So far I am only doing the stretches but as I progress I plan on getting into more challenging things to tone too. I feel like I was guided divinely to find her videos. Thanks to this lovely woman, I am actually getting flexible. I folded over from the seated position and suddenly found my elbows on the ground. As a 47-year-old man who thought he was fit, yoga has taught me that a crucial measure of fitness has gone neglected for a very long time. I am going to stick with yoga.

Thank you, Jen. I connect with your style, your vibe: you are accessible, down-to-earth, and lovable! I'm turning 39 in two days, and, even with wrinkles and stretch marks and general older lady look (lol), I have never felt more beautiful and strong, emotionally, mentally, and physically.

Jen, you are such an inspiration. My tight hips are not allowing me to get my legs touching while stacked at ALL. I see how crazily flexible you are in that pose and that makes me want to do this routine until I can. I've been doing this routine for a couple of months now. Thanks SO MUCH for your help.

Hi Jen. I’m 44 soon to be 45 years old. I just discovered your videos. My body is VERY tight. I am starting yoga to be able to ride a sport motorcycle again without pain to hopefully be able to ride pain free after a L5 fracture, and L5/ S1 herniation 20 years ago. This was day 1, and I absolutely had to use a pillow, with knees high in the air. I’ll keep you updated! Thank you for this!

Although I have practiced yoga for several years, I have only recently started on a daily practice. I always go for beginner practices because most of them are slow, like yin. Fast paced, heart racing yoga doesn't even seem like yoga to me. Your classes are wonderful, and are helping me rehab from an injury. Thank you so much!

Thank you for your stretching videos. I use them regularly, I drive a school bus so I sit a lot my sciatica and hip and knee love it when I stretch, it’s amazing how well it works no more pain meds just stretching and no more pain. It has also helped my husband thank you Jen hilman

I never thought i could do yoga, never dreamed i could be flexible enough to get my body into some of these poses. I began using your neck stretches a few years ago (i have scoliosis and am a full time dancer). After that i began using more and more of your videos. Now that I am in substance recovery I make it a goal to do one of your videos a day as a part of my recovery after my daily meditation. It has become my favorite part of my day. Thank you for being you and putting such great videos out there.

i really like your videos, length of the poses not too short not too long, soothing voice so really enjoying. just wondering if you can add to those poses a couple of more ie. child pose, leaning on the back and bringing knees to the chest etc. really missing those . thanks

Thank you for helping me. I’m 73 and have had 2 surgeries in 6 months. My flexibility has been limited to zero but with your patient teaching I’m slowly feeling mor flexible and my balance improves daily. I’m going slow in order to be able to go through this video in the correct way. I look forward to getting these areas flexible so I can move on to others. Again thank you so very much!!!

Sunday morning special practice -helps alleviate last weeks tension and prepares for another week at the office. I find Jen's approach and encouragement pure awesomeness. I endeavour to practice daily with Jen and choose a series for a week or a practice just to suit my body... Listen to your body ...loving this !

I have been experiencing lower back pain for a week now, so I went back through the videos and id everyone designed to relieve lower back pain. I received some relief but did not improve as I thought I would. I saw this video and gave it a try, it was excellent and just what I needed. The stretches must have reached the areas causing me the discomfort and now the pain is gone. I will continue to do this video each morning for the next week but wanted to extend my thanks to you for your time and care so help others experience the full benefit of yoga.

I came across this video and decided to give it a try. I've never done yoga in my life. This is the first and I can say how amazed I am! It felt great and it was a very different experience for me! Your background music was appropriate and your gentle but firm tone was soothing and calming to the ear! Thank you for this video!

Do you have other flexibility videos? It really helped me to slow waaaaaaayyyy down into the poses to feel the tension slowly escaping my body. There were a lot of built-up anxieties I needed to release as well. Thank you so much for sharing your practice with us, this is just what I needed to end my busy day! :)

I've tried many yoga programs over the years and have always been disappointed, frustrated, and have quick soon after starting. That being said, your videos are the best that I've ever used for instruction, and this video is my favorite for taking care of all of the lower body tightness that I'm currently working to get rid of! Your videos are instructional, supportive, and have helped immensely in terms of controlling breathing and targeting the right spots. I never feel overwhelmed by your instruction, and very much appreciate when you mention easier or more basic versions of each stretch along with the more advanced or deeper ways of doing each. Keep up the great instruction!

Jen Hilman is helping me improve my health after a recent rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis. I love her style --she is so mellow and the sound of her voice helps me relax and gives me confidence that I can improve my health. Her gentle stretches help guide me into a very therapeutic meditation. I feel so fortunate that I've found her!!!

Hi Jen. I want to thank you for this video and the unique calm way you explain it. I've noticed videos from you before on Psychetruth and know this one is also a bit older; but this was actually the first time i followed along. I've never been that flexible, but since months i have a very tight lower body (especially left hip and hamstrings) and it was gettin worse from job. I hope this will help me. Thx.

I love your yoga videos because you give enough time for me to stretch and breathe and I really feel so much more benefit from them! Question: After doing this video, my lower back felt very activated. When I fold over my legs, am I supposed to be keeping my back activated and a little straighter, or let the lower back bend collapse however it wants. I'm never sure if that's a healthy stretch feeling or an unhealthy feeling! Thank you again! I've never enjoyed yoga as much as I am now!!
