When I started this video I was feeling very tense and anxious and had short breaths. The soft music and Jen's calming voice and energy helped right away. At the end of the video I am feeling much more calm and grounded. Amazing teacher thank you!

My body is very ridged though I wouldn't say I'm unfit. I started the first session following you on Tuesday and again today. I find you easy to follow and I feel very relaxed. I've been following Jen's channel for quite some time since I need a gentler approach to taking care of my body. I've been involved with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for years and I leave a lot of wear and tear on my joints and muscles. I couldn't have been more stressed than today, an issue with my "creeper" neighbour 🙄... afterwards, my heart was about to bust out of my chest..... this felt so comforting, I'm worked out, my body's loose and stretched, my breathing is calm. I so appreciate this and Jen, always 💚

Wow! I had a very stressful day, I felt I don't have enough time to do my work and for myself. I took 2 magnesium and I drank a cup of chamomile tea (these things always help me when I'm stressed out) but now it didn't. But after this video I was so calm and happy and I felt I will do everything in time and I haven't been this wellbeing for months. Thank you!!!

I've been using your videos for a few months now. Sometimes my back hurts the next day, I've had back problems so I'm sure, not to over do it. I also ready about yoga poses than can leave you with a sore back, claiming this is not good. They mentioned engaging your core to avoid this problem. Can you talk about how to engage your core correctly? Is it sucking in my stomach? Should I being do this for all yoga poses and video's? Please advice, I really enjoy yoga and don't want to have to stop.

I was really stressed out -- after driving through snow with a trailer. I finally found a safe haven ... and proceeded to do your yoga on line. I am 69 years of age. I believe yoga is the key to maintain my flexibility and health. The door is opened to balancing the mind, body, and spirit. May your light shine brightly for a long time to come. Amen
