Katie you are the BEST EVER teacher. What would I do without you? You have been such an integral part of my skating life. Would you ever think of doing a meet and greet. So many ppl love you as much as I do! ❤❤🫶🏻🛼

Hopefully I can practice this some day. I am healing from abductor strain, so must go plan it out some.

Oh no! Injuries are so frustrating. Take your time getting back to full strength.
@alanrader30169 ай бұрын
Yes, it is. Learning that warm up and stretching is more important than I thought.

I feel you on the recovering from injury front. And I hope you are back to your favorite activities soonest! You might look into mobility, and strengthening the joints and musculature near end range. I won’t say it keeps me from getting injured, but it seems to speed up my recovery.

My toe stops keep getting in the way. Is it me or the stops? Or maybe it’s time for an adjustable pair
@Skatie3 ай бұрын
Yes. This is really common with dips. You need to really lower that toe and the stops tend to drag. If you’re ready you could try jam plugs. You can get them for bolt on toe stop replacements.
