I watch 3 channels of pouring concrete. One guy works with his 2 sons and a few more guys and he is in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. They mostly finish concrete on their knees. This other guy is in New York, like yourself and they use the power trowels as well. He uses wheelbarrows to move most of it. He has a small crew. It's interesting on how people make it happen.

Many people learn skills of the trades from a general who sometimes really doesn’t know what they are doing. Thus, taking longer to Build proper skills. When I use to finish concrete we always used combo blades too! I find they flot a lot better and don’t kick up as much stones

Hello Mike, thanks for the vedios. I had a concrete patio poured, and after it dried, there's a lot of dark spots. What do you think caused them? I hope you have time to answer, if not I understand.

Over in the uk we use a pan first when wet. Ur straight on with the blades lol

We've used pans, float blades, and combos. A good finisher can get good results with each one. Just preference
