Got mine yesterday coming from a XS max and I love this thing. Literally battery life blows it out the water. I’ve been watching KZbin for about an hour and a half now and I’m only at 96 lol. Id be at like 70 if I still had my XS. I like the dynamic island as well especially for music and maps

Nice I really like the deep purple too! As for a case, Amazon has a lot of options now and they are fairly good. I am using a clear case with a kick stand for now by Encased on Amazon. Was cheap but it’s solid for a day to day and then I’ll see what else I like later on. For protection though otter box is a solid brand.

It’s part of the screen time settings. Open settings tap screen time and look through it to see what limitations are set.

Hi Daniel; Congratulations firstly on an awesome channel. I'm a relatively new subscriber and have just gone from android to getting my iPhone 14 Pro Max (today!). _Can you help with 3 questions:_ 1. What is the difference between "Display Zoom" and changing the size of text? 2. Plus there are a few areas in Settings where you can change the size of the text. Are they all the same? 3. Can you change the size of the text under the apps on the home screen? PS: Do you recommend having auto-brightness On or Off? -- thanks! ☺

As far as can tell, display zoom increases the size everything as a whole so apps, text, settings etc. Text size is specific to text from apps that support dynamic type. The text size options I know are located in the display settings and the accessibility settings. As for those 2 they are the same setting. As far as just changing the text size of the apps, I don't believe there is an individual setting for that, however I may be wrong as I just haven't see it. As for auto-brightness, I am sort of on the side just to save battery. If you are someone who used your phone outside or in constantly changing settings, the auto-brightness could reduce battery life for the day. If you don't have battery issues and you like to have the screen auto adjust leave it on. I keep mine set to where I generally like it and change it myself when needed.

Changing from Android to Apple. I have about 80 apps. It's going to take 6 to 8 hours to load each app, find the password for that app, log into each app, and get chrome or an apple password app to remember each password. Is that normal?

Well I mean 80 hours is crazy. Should be just a min or so to download and then enter your credentials just a few seconds. Security these days is important so you pretty much have to enter your login

Yeah exit. The app is still open in the background which is how iPhones work. In the past it was better to close the apps that were running in the background but Apple says it runs better just leaving them open.

@@DHTV l tried. They said l couldn’t. I “traded in” my SE 2020. They told me they could trade me for that. So ld be paying for a phone like the one l just traded in. I said just give me back my phone. He said they mail them out every day l know that was a lie too. I have a traumatic brain injury from a car accident that affects my short term memory. I had everything set up with my thumb print now l can’t use that because this phone doesn’t have it. I could stick my thumb on without taking my eyes 👀 off the road and my daughter could use it. Facial recognition while driving. No thank you. Very disappointed in this whole thing. Switched to Verizon after hurricane Ian we were dead in the middle of for a better signal 😐
