Personally for me this is the best fitness channel on KZbin. I only discovered you last month and thank god for that because my squats, deadlifts and bench have all improved a lot. I also used your videos to help my girl with her lifting. I'm starting my pre-season training for Rugby in July and your athletics training videos will help a LOT (you should try Rugby) as someone that's into fitness, gaming and anime this channel has been a gold find. Yo Terron, fell off my cycle and wrecked my dominant wrist, so got it in a cast for a few weeks. Any chance you could throw up a video on how to at least maintain without using one hand? I've got a gym and a bunch of those smaller resistance bands to my disposal. Would be very much appreciated. Can't even game anymore. Most intense game I can play is Prison Architect lmao. Soo damn big bro i need to get like you 😂. Im 18 and kinda a beginner so by pyramid how much weight do you mean? Do i increase weight or lower the weight as I go?

It's actually a reverse pyramid (what he's referring to) but anyway. Start with the heaviest weight you can lift for 8-10 reps then decrease weight still aiming for 8-10 reps. If you're really new I'd suggest doing more like 12 reps as it's actually most likely safer because you may need to build up the strength in your joints before attempting very heavy loads eg. 6 reps and lower, also I think it's something like 12-16 reps is generally the best for hypertrophy (Bigger muscles) so there's that benefit to, but you know less than 12 reps is still gonna build size it's probably just more of a strength focus, if that makes sense.
