Thank you Sifu for this lesson. At the end of my training session I do a little bit of a striking practice like chain punching and similar stuff but I can maintain my full speed for only short time, like 20-25 seconds. After that my strenght and speed drops. What may be causing this?

Chain punches aren’t meant to be trained as fast as you can. They’re meant for precision and efficiency. Instead of focusing on speed focus on doing it more correctly. See kzbin.info/www/bejne/hGTLq5l9rdhoeacsi=_3p0JITq6yI17TAk

Cheers Sifuim always looking for little exercises to practice on the dummy. I’m not very good at free styling on it. I’d love to hear more on the stance. I do practice it within SLT but can’t seem to stick to it when doing the chi sau with people

Practice more forms and dummy. You’ll habitualize position and stance the more you do them.
