I am 50 and struggle primarily with hip and low back pain. I've done yoga daily for years. This series has had a huge impact on the pain in my joints. It is much less now. It's been rather miraculous. Thank you so much. Loving every day.

Day 17 done. Happy new year and new moon! This one was difficult for me, my hamstrings have always been very tight, i hope to eventually become more flexible in this area. Thank you

this series has been so good for me, both mentally and physically. i don't think i've been able to bend that low in /years/ and i always feel so great about myself after practicing with you. thank you so so much bird! 💜

I have liked this series so far because I haven't felt as though I would hurt myself on any of the moves. In this routine, however, the lunge pose was too intense on my knees. I would have preferred to do more ankle rolls and calf stretches from standing or lying on the back. These would have felt safer. The other poses were all good. Thank you, Bird. Julie

No two bodies will be the same and although this is for inflexibility there will still be many poses that dont feel good for some people because we are all so unique. Listen to your body and do what feels best, each pose is optional 🙏Your practice should feel great so don’t ever feel like you cant switch a pose and do something else. No rules ❤️❤️

Done ☑️ it was a little bit intense. I have an inflexible back so the bend is somewhat difficult! However, thank you a lot for this series

Thank you so much for a wonderful session. So much of yoga feels completely inaccessible to me. By being able to focus on progressive stretching from poses I could do made me feel so much more confident. Thank you Bird.
