A lot of good advice. Our first Farm we leased it for 2 years and then we bought it and sold it here just a year ago and now we bought this Farm. Your first two years are the hardest to get started especially trying to find more ground in that area. Hope you have a great evening

I would agree bartering is the absolute worst and like you said they always want you when you're the busiest! Also it's not the worst idea when getting started small scale to avoid having put out that initial cash investment when cash is probably already tight but yes someone is always going to feel ripped off.

I still haven’t bought a farm, all lease. Oh yeah, the brush hogging a path is a big one.
