Aayyee, thank you for the love and support. I greatly appreciate it and you. I agree the battery isn't much of a problem unless you are strictly looking at using it solely for speed. The specs of the 50E isn't rated for speed, but somewhere along the lines there is a disconnect with that understanding. The pump I ordered is the Bio Precision High Pressure Pump (400 psi). I've not been home to try it out. I should be back by weeks end and I can let you know whether it works.

I'm just a newbie, riding my v5f in the suburbs but I always like to see a new perspective on EUC's. I'm an older rider and the lightweight wheel I have now seems ideal for rides 1-5 miles however I am super curious about the idea of getting a heavy high powered wheel to learn seated riding for longer rides
@VeeEUC2 жыл бұрын
I'd go for it if I was planning on sticking with the hobby. Because as with everything we do, we evolve and tend to want to expand our horizon when we've taught ourselves something new. A V5F is a great starter wheel, but beyond that, you'll need something that can take you to another level with these wheels. Being older has no stopping ability in riding a more powerful wheel. I believe I'm "possibly" the oldest US female rider of an EUC and I've ridden just about all the powerful wheels manufactured. 🤣
@HeaveHoEUC2 жыл бұрын
Wow, I'm 53, had my wheel since Late Dec. 2021. I started out learning hoverboard in January 2021, and you are so right about the progression because I proceeded to get a larger hoverboard then shot baskets on outdoor basketball courts while riding hocerboard and then ran across EUC's - Wrong Way's opening video of riding toward the camera rounding a corner in his gear, that was the catalyst to me ordering the v5f last September, but I also love to share the joy, taught people my age and younger to ride hoverboard And I'd love to have a job connected to introducing people to EUC's.

You always create my favorite reviews, Vee, and the reason is you take each product and give an overall review and you don't spend fifteen minutes sugar coating them if they find even simple issues. I believe those of us in this community always have our eyes out for another wheel. I appreciate the guys who give reviews but when they never find ANY faults something is lacking. A comprehensive review is the only way for us to make informed decisions. Nothing would be worse for someone new to this activity to spend three or four thousand dollars on a wheel and then go, "I wish I had known!". I would love to see you do a review on your Skydio. Anyway, keep up the great work. BTW, I am 74, so I don't even want to get to your skill level of speed riding, jumping, and 37 degree climbs but I sure appreciate all you do. Thanks for that information regarding the air shock, this is why so many people have been bottoming out. The master really needs a Michelin Pilot or Pirelli Angel tire to be used on the road, and the battery should be the Samsung 40T. I honestly don't think that this is a range wheel, but very much a rip wheel. I have an air compressor so would likely use this to reach the 300psi for my riding weight, or maybe I need to buy a high quality shock pump...

Thank you again for the feedback and support.I greatly appreciate it. As far as anyone having any up to date experience with them., when I went to Portland last summer, there were a couple of people from Colorado that had dealings with them. They've purchased wheels and accessories and still do to this day. I know they have someone that works on their equipment and as far as they other dealings, I've talk with them on a regular and convey sentiments from riders that questions their business. I've not had any issues with them, but I've heard about their past relationships with others. Sometimes people grow from bad experiences and it would seem they are trying to correct any bad press they may have had the past.

@Tommythumbs Thank for the love. I'm truly grateful. As far as the Monster is concerned, that is my favorite wheel. It has the range, speed and because of the diameter of the wheel can take bumps in the road like a champ. Caution, though.., it has a fragile rim. So popping off or on curbs has to be taken with care. Make sure to have enough psi in the tires to absorb hard obstacles. Suspension wheels are nice to have; however, the range suffers greatly from what I've experienced thus far.

Vee. Thanks for doing this review. Great work. Great work pointing out the pump valve clearance. I have not seen that noted before. You should know that the Molicel battery configuration (p42a) is not off the table. It is very much available for order direct from Begode. I know people who have them already, and direct from Begode. What android app do you use to measure angle (degrees) of a hill? P.S. Incase you didn't now this, while Americans reference "fanny" as one thing, you should know most of the world references it as another. ;)

What do you mean the molicel is off the table? Are they not doing it anymore? I need that high power
@VeeEUC2 жыл бұрын
When the Master was first introduced, Begode had 3 battery configurations people could choose. The 40T cell, the Samsung 50E cell battery and the Molicel 50E configuration for the "speed" version. That is no longer an option. Every distributor's website dropped that option like a bad habit. The word on the curb for that option being dropped had something to do with LiTech having a fit with configuring a BMS for the Molicel. Whatever the case is or was, it's no longer an option from Begode. I understand LiTech is working with a distributor to create that Molicel, but it won't be from Begode. But from what you're wanting this wheel for, the 40T is it. That version is the torque version. Hell, the 50E has mad torque, so I can just imagine the 40T being just as powerful in that category. Afeez from E-Rides in the UK said you definately notice the difference with the 40T going up hills.

To adjust the recoil of the shock, you turn the damping dial counterclockwise. Each turn of the dial, you'll hear a click. With each click, the shock will recoil faster. Well, there are 23 clicks. Honestly, after the 5th click, the rest are not worth bothering with. If you turn the damping clockwise, the recoil will become slower to non-existing. If you don't want any recoil and want to ride the wheel on the streets, turn the damping dial clockwise until it turns no more. The wheel response will be like that of a regular EUC with no shock. From that position, start turning the damping dial counterclockwise one click at a time until you find the recoil response that works for you. I hope that makes since and helps you to understand what I was trying to sayin the video.

Thank you for the love and support. I greatly appreciate it. I take my time doing these videos because I want to give you guys a more comprehensive overview of an average person riiding experience and what may be more important to the average rider. I find very little comfort in doing a review when I've just taken the wheel out the box one or two days prior. Lol

People moan about a free pump but if you buy a car, or a bicycle you usually don’t get a pump.
@VeeEUC2 жыл бұрын
😅, true., but you don't need one as there are places you can pump up your tires for free.
@russellzauner2 жыл бұрын
There is one EUC channel that actually had battery bags made for when they are charging their EUC that you put the whole EUC into - they were purchasable but I don't know if they still have any because that was a few months back (IIRC, I don't remember the name of the product or I'd just put it here). I would definitely invest in some sort of containment solution - if I hadn't already decided to put them in my budget, showing the plastic battery box definitely made my mind up. It might be simpler just to sell an EUC charging case that's covered in Nomex (like putting Tolex on instrument cases). :-)

All of these KZbinrs riding this new Begode Master do not even own the wheel usually 🙄😂🤣
@VeeEUC2 жыл бұрын
True., but when do you need to own something to speak on it?
@rcpete70552 жыл бұрын
@@VeeEUC you don't but it makes a difference.. It means more if you have had to give some of your hard earned money and actually are invested more into a product rather than just having it passed around for a generic review 👍🤔
@VeeEUC2 жыл бұрын
@@rcpete7055 🤔, hmmmm Going off your analogy,, should I have less confidence in my mechanic because he doesn't own the brand vehicle I drive? Just because someone doesn't own a product doesn't make them less invested or knowledgeable about that item. EUCs are generically the same with the difference in the size of their motor and battery configuration with some outfitted with suspensions. My main concern would not be whether someone owns the wheel but what's their experience level in riding a wheel so they can convey the slight differences in a way that's not biased. It has been my experience people who own something are more likely to be biased toward it. What good can that be to the consumer who"s looking for an unbiased opinion?

TBH Vee, I only see lotsa +'s & the few -'s were more niggles than anything. Knowing GW, not incl recco shock psi chart & a cheap chinesium air pump does not surprise me but again I see it as nit picking. Sure it would be nice if everything's perfect from day 1 but this is GW & EUCs are still a cottage industry. If we're gonna crap on GW, then dont forget to mention the IM v12 (& v11 too I hear) mosfet mobo debacle, the stil to be resolved (or even acknowledged) Abrams random cutouts & ofcos the obvious ̶s̶2̶0̶ ̶f̶r̶i̶e̶d̶ ̶c̶h̶i̶c̶k̶e̶n̶ s22 just to mention 3 of the most recent fails. Overall, I think the Master's a game changer product & we just need to wait for batch 3/4 before pulling the trigger so nothing new here for sure. Thanks for vid
