That shift that you speak of at 3:15 is not natural because of the suspension. Your “dealer” gave you a lazy answer. There's a bolt that needs to be tightened near the shaft.

Thank you for watching! Ok, I will look into that! My dealer was Eevees and they forwarded me a video of the wheel they have at their store on Vancouver and it was doing exactly the same movement. I have seen several users with the same problem. Thank you for your input!
@RocABye
@RocABye 2 жыл бұрын
@@mexwheeler7002 it doesn't mean it was correct. I've seen a batch come in with the same problem. eevee’s seems to have a good reputation therefore you may have contacted them before they knew of the issue.

Thank you for watching! Great that you find it useful . According to my readings the tire is good for lower PSI as I mentioned. However, I wonder how exposed is the rim in this case..
@Jaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay
@Jaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay 2 жыл бұрын
@@mexwheeler7002 Yeah, probably not a good idea to be doing up-kerbs and loads of steps with pressure that low. But I figure that is a small price to pay for having a really comfy and planted feel for regular riding, and we can always jack it up and save our rims for 'trick days' ! :)

@@Jaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay totally agree. I prefer to have control. In the end I prefer damaged rim than me losing control and end up in the ground 😂😂😂😂

The reason the suspension pressure was lower after double checking is because some of the air goes into the tube and equalizes to a lower level. The suspension pump should loose at most 2psi after unscrewing it and the sound of leaking air is just air coming out of the tube itself. Also did you end up figuring out the shift back and forth?
@mexwheeler7002
@mexwheeler7002 2 жыл бұрын
Thank you for watching! No unfortunately I haven’t find the bolt that fix that. I took out the pedals and pads to tighten the bolts. There are 7 volts on one side. And 6 on the other( motor cable is on this side). The next step would be to take out the battery and tighten the screws of the suspension.. :(

The CST knobby gets a lot of hate but I love it, I have it on my EX-N and Msx100v and i do about 90% street 10% offroad, also really like the sound of it, I keep mine around 25psi

i think its crazy that you worry about the wheel taking damage in a crash, but not your hands and wrists
@mexwheeler7002
@mexwheeler7002 2 жыл бұрын
Thank you for watching! Good point, I do use wrists guards, just not when I do recordings( bad gamble to be honest). As for the damage on the wheel it is because a simple drop can cause repairs.

Thank you for watching! I don’t know to be honest. My concern is seal of the mother board mainly where the motor connects to it. I am researching if there is a way to silicone all around to make it water resistant just in case of little rain.

I really think that was a case of people under pumping their shocks in early reviews. Everyone was in the 300 or less range because the stock pump that comes with it, and lack of instruction from bee god. But they should have been over 300psi with all the data we have now. Most of them at like 350PSI but they were sub 300. Big difference there. Of course there is still room for improvement.
