3:13 speed wise, you can't remove a fixed & arbitrary 10mph from the free-spin to get the ridable max speed, since wind resistance goes up exponentially with speed. Furthermore, with rolling resistance on metal rollers only in the test at 3:28, the Master could spin only 100 km/h - 61 mph. Wind resistance will require a lot more power for a standing rider than rolling resistance only. Its top speed will still be higher than the S20 in practice, but (actual GPS) 60 mph is way off as an estimate.

Its an approximation, but that is often verified. Have u looked at the weighted load speed test in the video?

@@Ronin_Ryder yes, which they described themselves as "This is just a not rigorous test." It's not indicative of anything: - rolling resistance of a tire on rollers is different than on a road - rolling resistance increases non-linearly but not that much - aero drag increases exponentially. At high EUC speeds, most of the resistance is from aero drag and rolling resistance will be small in comparison, so yeah the test doesn't tell anything except that max speed before cutout will be below 100km/h.

One thing that really bothers me about the master.... Where do you put your power pads? There appears to be very little space for them...

I'd give the S20 a point just for that smart BMS. It's great for long term ownership. I would also pick the master. With the high amp cells the Master is basically going to smoke everything out there.

Yes since the Begode BMS tend to be problematic and not connected to the mainboard, the Master with Samsung P40 would be a better choice for intensive use since these li-ion cells are extraordinarily resilient to abuse. Tho the LiTech packs might be fine as well to favor range, since the packs have their own beeper and alarm to inform the rider in case of issues.

@@supercurioTube Because 50E cells are high capacity cells, not very different from M50T, NCR21700A. Put a high capacity cell in a wheel that's aimed at breaking records, in a 4P configuration, and introduce suspension (which is going to eat a bit of power when doing acceleration runs), and put this wheel up against wheels with three times the available current supply (sherman). What could go wrong? I'm just noticing the safety margin become smaller and smaller. I'd be cautious if I were an early adopter of a 50E model. Luckily I'm not a speed demon, and I'm not very heavy. Some riders aren't going to be though.

Great video Something to note about suspension on the eagle, if you ride it on the road you need to release the tension so it’s more smooth, when hitting massive jumps you want to tighten the set up so for suspension if you get it dialed in it definitely has better options when you can adapt it +1 Pt for KS lol , and also the master is more of a road suspension, the eagle is a off road wheel which is why the speed is lower , nobody in their right mind is going 45+ mph on a dirt trail so it’s a interesting battle but yeah everyone is comparing these wheels because they are the best new suspension wheels, but yeah very different

This is a fantastic round up and comparison of these two wheels. I did not believe in the suspension wheels before now but they look like the manufacturers are beginning to find the sweet spot with adjustability. the s19 and Begode EX were for me underpowered & troubling with tilt-pedal-dipping, respectively, that put me off, but now that has all changed. s20 looks incredible but yes, the BEgode Master is definitely the next wheel. Kingsong's suspension issues have little to do with the spring. Kingsong fails to engineer a lossless linkage. Their wheels have lossy pivots and sliders. It's a beginner engineer mistake. Chances are they'll fix it in production at some point.

While I'm not expecting $1,000 of linear bearings for suspension, there has to be a better way than those plastic sliders, that's toy quality stuff right there. Nowhere near $3,200 worth

@@noelleonard2498 My observation is that lightweight design is often an excuse for bad quality. I already had a very unpleasant experience with one S20 fan, who was defending it for his life when people were pointing out it's issues :D Some people obsess over looks and sportiness. Of course we don't need expensive bearings. There are already suspension designs without sliders which minimize friction. They don't look as good and weigh one kilo more... But there's enough engineering in bushings and plastics to make sliders work. It would make the suspension more consumable, but at least it would work :)

@@rhalfik don't get me wrong King song makes a great wheel, my 16x has been solid. Not going to lie the s20 was going to be my next wheel right up until I seen Adam, wrong way actually take the suspension apart, I was wondering why the euc upgrades guy didn't show that part on his attempted disassembly, now I know why. changed my mind about the s20 pretty quickly after seeing that. The Axel isn't even loaded on the center of the frame, it's off to the back and the suspension linkage is mounted even further back, so basically that frame is going to be trying to twist all the time. They are using the sliders and the suspension carriage as a structural member between the battery cases so it has lateral forces on the sliders as well , there is very little on top holding the battery housings to the motherboard housing. They should have built the wheel around the suspension not the other way around. We've had good adjustable Progressive oil filled forks for 50 years now. Unless somebody was to ride their s20 in pristine conditions that suspension is going to be a jammed up clattering worn out mess long before you can even get replacement parts for it. What are you going to do replace both battery cases and all eight sliders every time the aluminum gets scored up? Pretty much makes the whole wheel disposable LOL. I think some people just aren't mechanically minded, and are all caught up with how it looks and the hype over the past year. While the s20 has some very good innovations that the other companies should take note of, it's just not there yet.

let's be hones kingsong 70kph top speed means you can crues 70 just fine. Gotway top 100kph means you hit a small bump and it cuts out.

Suspension is one of the best ways to modify a motorcycle for your weight and riding style / conditions. Maybe the EUC folks need to get involved with mountain bike suspension experts. There are so many variables and number one seemingly is weight it can handle and pivot points those two along with riders speed and weight which equals force applied to the pivot points and suspension linkage needs to be accounted for.

I think you should talk about the built equality of the suspension... Ks has a cheap design quality of the built-in channels into the battery box and plastic guides (I don't believe it's worth the price)... Vs master built...

I think suspension is good. Pretty good. Can take big bumps at high speed. The elrest I guess is not that great but I like the feeling after riding it. I liked the wheel.

Maybe I'm not right... But gotway still doesn't produce anything more complicated than non-suspension wheel, basically motor in plastic shell, that actually works. And even older and simpler wheels have really bad quality. All previous attempts like hero, was garbage. I don't think they can produce high quality products. At a first single glance s20 looks so much better. Chooch proves that this wheel really good at off road. And, yes we need to wait a year at least, to see better quality. I think master will be discontinued after a year, like other wheels they manufactured.

Have u tested the s20? It's just mainly made of fragile plastic. I could say the same for kingsong with performance (with the result we all saw). All suspension wheels are good for offroad because they have... Suspension. Theres no quality because of the name if a manufacturer, past months showed that all these brands have issues.
