yeah it is really weird how this went from being a fringe thing in 2020 to suddenly finding out its everywhere in the corporate world. I mean, there were hints of diversity seminars and shit like that during the second half of the 2010s, but this whole critical theory and DEI madness has simply just exploded everywhere. If I had to guess why, there must be some large investor or investors behind this that are pushing for these policies. And it wouldn't surprise me if the people behind this come from countries like China, Russia and others who have a vested interest in spreading division here and weakening the social fabric. Just look at what has happened to our armed forces since Biden took power. This corporate world craziness has diffused into the military as well, and they are now preaching DEI and kindness there, as if this will make them better at their jobs in any way.

Though I will say as a matter of complete fact that one of the biggest investors in DEI is China, not in it's own country of course which it keeps out like a plague but everywhere else. The whole thing is a corporate grift if I were to guess. Based on the timing of it suddenly happening at the weakest point and when there was an obvious moment where they could jump in and push this agenda harder than ever. 2020 was a perfect point when there was tensions and there were stress points that were perfect to push at that time.
